Stave church, still in use as parish church

One of Norway's largest stave churches, from the late 12th century and enlarged in the 1600s, in the centre of Lom at the junction of Rv15 and Rv55 (Sognefjellsvegen). The old school on the church hill has a small stave church exhibition.

Stave church, now a museum

Stave church from around 1130 on the south side of the Sognefjord in Vik, restored in the 1880s with Borgund and Urnes as models. Owned by the heritage society Fortidsminneforeningen and used mainly as a museum.
