These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by The 4 Wild Company, including car rentals and webshop purchases. By booking a car rental, purchasing through our webshop, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

3. Eligibility for Services

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or older, as required by law for car rentals).
  • Hold a valid driver’s license for vehicle rentals.
  • Agree to these Terms and comply with all applicable laws.

4. Car Rentals

A. Booking and Payment

  1. Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment or a deposit, as specified at the time of booking.
  2. Rental Fees: Prices include VAT and any mandatory insurance unless stated otherwise. Additional charges (e.g., mileage, late returns) may apply.
  3. Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods as specified on our website.
  4. rental deposit: 2000 SEK (will refund in full if the car has no damage (small scratches are ok, they are inevitable)

B. Rental Terms

  1. Driver Responsibilities:
    • Drivers must present valid identification and a driving license at the time of vehicle collection.
    • Drivers are responsible for complying with traffic regulations and maintaining the vehicle’s condition during the rental period.
  2. Vehicle Return: Vehicles must be returned on time and in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear. Late returns may incur additional charges.
  3. Insurance: Basic insurance is included. Additional coverage can be purchased at the time of booking.

C. Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Customer Cancellations:
    • Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start time.
    • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
  2. Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will receive a full refund.

5. Webshop Purchases

A. Ordering

  1. Product Information: We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. Minor variations may occur.
  2. Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon payment.

B. Payment and Pricing

  1. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods.

C. Delivery

  1. Delivery times are estimates and subject to change. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances do not entitle customers to compensation.
  2. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

D. Returns and Refunds

  1. Right of Withdrawal: Customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from purchases within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Return Conditions: Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

6. Liability

  1. Car Rentals:
    • The customer is liable for damages caused by misuse or negligence during the rental period, subject to the terms of the insurance.
    • We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by external factors, such as traffic or weather conditions.
  2. Webshop Products:
    • Our liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as per Swedish consumer law.
  3. General:
    • The 4 Wild Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, except as required by law.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
