The Grenadier up close
Built for real adventure
Recaro seats, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, permanent four-wheel drive with low range and three differential lockers – full control on gravel roads, forest tracks and remote terrain. A front winch is included for extra safety on challenging routes, and the car still averages around 13 litres per 100 km.
The iKamper SkyCamp 2.0 hardshell tent sleeps 4–5 people on 2 × 2 m. Sleeping bags are included – for hygiene reasons we’d love you to bring your own if you can. The 270° awning covers the left side and the back of the car.

5.5-ton winch, recovery kit, underbody armour, bottle jack, 34″ Cooper STT tyres and a full-size spare.
Off-grid power
150 A lithium dual battery, USB and 230 V up to 800 W. Charges while driving, by solar blanket or shore power.
Kitchen
40 l Engel fridge on a slide-out, 2-burner gas stove, pots and pans, plates, cups, cutlery, spices, Dutch oven, Snow Peak fire bowl and grill, sandwich maker.
Camp
Table and chairs, lantern, Thermacell mosquito repeller (keeps midges and mosquitoes away from camp), portable toilet with privacy tent, 26 l road shower, awning walls.
Safety
Full first aid kit, fire extinguisher, shovel, air compressor, tyre repair kit, axe and Silky saw.
Winter
Nordic-certified studded winter tyres, diesel heater, heated blankets, warm winter sleeping bags (your own are welcome too), full winter safety equipment.
Watch before you go
Trip ideas with the Grenadier
In summer it takes you to Lapland on our Up North tour or along the Norwegian border on the Border Trail. In winter it is our first choice for frozen lakes, snowy forests and northern lights – with studded tyres, diesel heater and three lockers. You rent it fully equipped: rooftop tent, kitchen, power, recovery gear and offline navigation are already on board.
Which car for winter?
The Grenadier and the Discovery are ready for snow and ice. The Jeep is a pure summer car.
